Monique Gerber was a French designer and editor best known for her bronze decorative objects produced during the 1970s and 1980s.
Through her company, Art du Bronze, she developed a distinctive artistic universe inspired by natural forms, pebbles, archaeological artifacts, and ancient civilizations.
Often produced in limited editions, her creations are characterized by organic lines, sculptural forms, and exceptional casting quality. Paperweights, vide-poches, boxes, and desk accessories were transformed into true miniature sculptures, successfully combining art and functionality.
Today, Monique Gerber’s works are appreciated by collectors for their elegant simplicity, fine craftsmanship, and their unique place within French design of the 1970s.
