Biography:
In the 1970s, French artists and workshops increasingly explored decorative bronze objects inspired by nature—plants, insects, and animals. These works combined traditional bronze-casting techniques with contemporary design, producing pieces that were both sculptural and decorative.
Often created in limited editions or as unique pieces, they reflect the artists’ interest in material, texture, and stylized natural forms, marking a revival of French decorative arts in the experimental context of the 1970s.
