We offer the possibility to pay for your purchases in installments for orders over \u20ac5000, according to a schedule defined together.\u2028A 30% deposit is required at the time of order, and it is non-refundable. The balance must be paid within 90 days.\u2028If you wish to benefit from this installment payment option, please contact us to arrange the terms and monthly payments. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, at the beginning of each month or on the anniversary date of the order. Once the full payment is made, the shipping or hand delivery of your decorative art object(s), jewelry, and\/or watch(es) will be organized and carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installment Payment with Alma<\/strong>\u2028
With Alma, we offer you the option to split your payment simply, in 2 or 3 installments, securely and with no additional fees. If you’re not familiar with Alma, you can learn more about them on their website here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the Alma payment option during checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose a 3-installment plan with shared fees, up to \u20ac5000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter your banking details as for a regular payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Your order is instantly validated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You will receive an email with the payment schedule, as well as a reminder 3 days before each payment due date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This option is available for orders between \u20ac500 and \u20ac5000.\u2028Accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard.\u2028Amex cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards, or cards requiring prior authorization are not supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You have 14 days from the receipt of your decorative art object(s), jewelry, and\/or watch(es) to return them in their original condition, with the same shipping conditions as when they were sent. Return shipping costs are fully at your expense. However, it is important to note that personalized items (sizing, engraving, stone changes, etc.) cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for non-personalized products.
